I switched devices and it's asking me to pay again

Did you get a new phone and are switching between Android and Apple or vice versa? Or, perhaps you use the Five Minute Journal app on your Android phone and Ipad, or vice versa, and it's asking you to pay again?

We're delighted to share that you will be able to login using the same username and password credentials on your new device.

When you proceed to download the Five Minute Journal application, you may be requested to provide payment again. In this case, please kindly provide us with proof of purchase for your app - a screenshot of your payment confirmation would be perfect, and we'll be happy to offer you a free download code.
